Xenia Theol. Sem. (later called Pittsburgh-Xenia Theol. Sem.) 1915, pres. 1922–30. Ed. in chief Bibliotheca Sacra; other works include The Deciding Voice of the Monuments in Biblical Criticism; Moses and the Monuments; The Problem of the Pentateuch; Excavating Kirjath-Sepher's Ten Cities.
