Fraternal Address.

Popular name (from expression in Pennsylvania Ministerium resolution authorizing it) of an invitation to all syns., pastors, and congs. pledged to the UAC to meet and form a syn. The address held that the General* Synod of the Ev. Luth. Ch. in the US could no longer serve the purpose of uniting all Luths. and that a syn. should be founded on a solid Luth. basis.
