(see Reformed Churches, 4 b), Schenectady, New York; licensed 1818, ordained 1819, Ministerium of New York; pastor Schoharie and Cobleskill (one parish), New York, 1819; helped organize Hartwick* Syn.; its pres. 1830; pres. Gen. Syn. 1841. Ed. The Lutheran Magazine; issued a liturgy.
