Iowa, Nebraska, and Rocky Mountain areas 1869–70, Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, Montana, and Utah 1870–72, Alaska* 1877–1907. Ed. Presbyterian Home Missionary 1882–84; other works include Alaska and Missions on the North Pacific Coast.
