Garlichs, Hermann

(1807–65). B. Ger.; educ. Göttingen, Leipzig, Bonn, Munich; to Missouri 1833 with a group of Ref. Westphalians; settled as farmer on Femme Osage Creek, St. Charles Co.; began serving as pastor 1834/35; to Ger. in fall 1835; passed theol. examaination at Bielefeld; ordained 1835; retnrned to Missouri January 1836; served various congs.
