1. Erik Jakob (1842–1915). Swed. state ch. pastor 1864–79 under influence of J. T. Beck*; became supporter of P. P. Waldenström*; left state ch. after being reprimanded for refusing to confirm nonspiritually-minded children; active 1879–1904 in Svenska Missionsförbundet (see Swedish Missionary Societies); held Ref. view of Lord's Supper; later rejected infant baptism and doctrine of eternal punishment, resigned from leadership of Svenska Missionsförbundet, and became dir. of a life insurance assoc. 2. Johan August (1845–1913). Swed. Luth. theol.; prof. OT Uppsala; bp. Västeraas 1898, abp. 1900.
